New Thin-Triple Glass Could Open Window of Opportunity for Energy Savings and Jobs
Technology developed by Berkeley Lab has paved the way for the scale up of new, highly insulating triple-pane windows that could save Minnesota businesses and homeowners billions of dollars annually in energy costs, as well as bolster domestic manufacturing jobs and enable shorter wait times for builders. Renewal by Anderson, based in Minnesota, mass-manufactures these windows in state, and has opened an additional production facility in Georgia for products with a thin-triple option.
We collaborate with local organizations in every state across the nation to accelerate discovery, boost economies, and address national challenges.
