The Materials Sciences Division (MSD) has an Integrated Safety Management (ISM) program that meets or exceeds all of the standards described in LBNL institutional policy and procedure. The requirements described in the Division ISM Plan apply, as appropriate, to faculty, staff, matrixed staff, postdocs, students, participating guests, visitors, users, vendors and contractors performing work under the management control of MSD.
