General Research Interests
His research interests include advanced CMOS devices and technology and polysilicon thin film transistor technology for displays and vertical integration applications. His group studies the physics and technology of organic semiconductors and their applications in displays, low-cost electronics, sensors, and actuators. The group is also very active in the development of novel inorganic printable materials and devices based on nanomaterials and chemical bath deposition technology.
