General Research Interests
His research interests include advanced CMOS devices and technology
and polysilicon thin film transistor technology for displays
and vertical integration applications. His group studies the
physics and technology of organic semiconductors and their applications
in displays, low-cost electronics, sensors, and actuators. The
group is also very active in the development of novel inorganic
printable materials and devices based on nanomaterials and chemical
bath deposition technology.
