Acknowledging MSD

MSD researchers: follow these guidelines to acknowledge MSD in a publication.

Affiliation

If you used LBNL funds for the work, list your LBNL affiliation before (or instead of) any other affiliations.

Acknowledgement

For work done with LBNL-administered funds you need to acknowledge three things:

• Your funding sources,
• DOE User Facilities, if applicable, and
• External agencies that funded, e.g., a specialized instrument.

For publications supported by BES/MSED funding:

Abbreviated for abstracts and letters:
