After reading the lead information, you are now ready to take a short exam.  The exam serves to verify your understanding of the basic hazards and protection practices to be followed when working with lead.  You will need to input your complete name and your employee ID.  All of this will help us make sure you get credit for the training.

Once you finish the exam, please submit your responses and the computer will determine your score and let you know if you have passed or not.  If you have not, you will not be able to take another test for two weeks.
