| August 15, 2012 | First dry-run (3 hours) |
| August 29, 2012 | Final dry-run (3 hours) |
| August 31, 2012 | Final book material and presentations due |
| September 4, 2012 | Book material sent to the printers |
| September 17, 2012 | BER Review |
