Account set Up instructions for Portfolio Analysis and Management System (PAMS)
This year, both pre-proposals and final proposals will be submitted through the new Portfolio Analysis and Management System (PAMS). Both the Principal Investigator and anyone submitting on their behalf will need to register and should do so in advance of the pre-proposal submission deadline.
