Use the form below to certify you have removed PII and get JHA credit for SEC 0221: PII Certification.

When you enter your ID below, you are attesting that:

  1. You ran Identity Finder on ALL of your Windows computers.

  2. You reviewed the results and took action to dispose of all PII you found on your system.

  3. You have ensured you are not storing any PII (SSN, Financial Account, CA Drivers License Numbers, or Medical Health information) on any of your computers.

If you are unsure, run Identity Finder again and review your data again before certifying.
