Researchers in the Computational Research Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory are using their expertise to address some of the most important problems facing the nation, from developing new tools to better access massive datasets to bringing new perspectives to the visualization of that data, from advancing cybersecurity to developing complex scientific simulation applications. Berkeley Lab researchers will present a series of five seminars for Washington-based program managers highlighting key challenges in computational science, high-performance computing and networking, The monthly seminars will be held from February to June 2005. All of the presentations will begin at 9 a.m. in the LBNL Projects Office in Washington, D.C. The office is located in the Aerospace Center, 901 D Street, SW, Suite 950.
