Berkeley Lab's View of Unionization

Berkeley Lab neither supports nor discourages unionization. Berkeley Lab supports the law, which grants employees the right to decide for themselves whether or not they think unionization would be beneficial to them. Berkeley Lab respects equally an employee's right to unionize and his or her right not to. We will continue to make resources available to help you be as informed as possible in drawing your own conclusions about representation. We ask that you thoughtfully consider the issues related to unionization.
