In keeping with recent security guidelines with respect to hosting guests (both international and US citizens), it is mandatory that you ALWAYS follow the steps on this web site when processing a guest. Processing of guests who are foreign nationals may require approval.

New Guest (a person who has never before been to LBNL either as guest or as an employee)

Returning Guest (a person who was previously at LBNL as a guest)

Employee Conversion to Guest (a person who was previously at LBNL as an employee and is now returning as a guest)

Extension (a current active guest whose appointment needs to be extended)

Termination (a current active guest whose appointment needs to be terminated)
