Special Service

Buses and/or Vans are available for special service by reservation. Costs are:

$136.50 required 2 hour minimum

$68.25 per vehicle each additional hour



Buses accommodate: 41 passengers (26 Seated plus 15 Standing) (and up to 2 wheelchair passengers)		Vans accommodate: 15 passengers

To arrange special service shuttle transportation:

The request for special bus service will be sent to busservices@lbl.gov and reviewed. A confirmation will be sent back via email to the requestor regarding the status.

Disclaimers

Requests require at least one week lead time.
Two hour minimum M-F 6:30am-8pm.
Four hour minimum weekends, before/after hours, and holidays.
Cancellation window is one week from date of request.
Consumption of food on buses is prohibited. Liquids must have screw on caps.
Main bus aisle must remain clear.
