American Airlines News:

 

Effective October 28, American Airlines offers new daily transatlantic US Carrier nonstop service New York (JFK) to London Stansted (STN) Airport! Flights can be booked directly with Carlson Wagonlit Travel Agency or via the on-line booking tool, Cliqbook.

  • A Note About foreign visas:

When applying for a foreign visa, contact Sarah Lyons (925-422-1345). She is a Carlson Wagonlit employee who holds the application forms and requirements for each country. Carlson has an agreement with the Center for International Business Travel (CIBT) located in San Francisco. When applying/processing a Visa this way, we receive a 60% discount off of the regular processing fee.

 

Change in India Visa Handling:

 

As of October 1, 2007, three new requirements are in effect for all India visa requests:

 

  • A price increase for all India visa categories and durations, comprising a $13 embassy processing fee.
  • A new application form must be filled out online, printed and signed. This mandatory form will contain a special barcode.
  • Travelers must provide proof of state of residence either via a photocopy of their driver’s license or a photocopy of a utility bill
