As a new employee, your start with the OCFO is very important to your success. To help you, we've developed a formal orientation program just for you!
Your New Employee Orientation (NEO) Team Members are:
- Day 1
- Day 2-30
- Day 31-90
You will meet with our HR staff to complete your paperwork, get your employee ID badge, meet with your manager, and go through the OCFO New Employee Orientation Session.
- New Employee Handbook
- New Employee Orientation Checklist
- New Supervisor/Manager Orientation Checklist
You will meet more members of the team, complete all required training, and complete your Orientation Checklist. Your Orientation Team Member will check in with you at 7 days and 30 days to see how you are progressing.
You will set goals with your manager, complete a 90 day performance review (as applicable), and complete any other training necessary to perform your new job.
Sometime within this period, you will receive an invitation to attend a "Meet the CFO" meeting where you will get the opportunity to meet and be welcomed by the Lab's CFO and to have the opportunity to learn more about the Lab.
