Minh has twenty years of experience in Federal Budgeting, and thirteen of those years in DOE National Laboratories. She began her career as a Budget Analyst with the Department of Energy, and spent six years with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, before joining LBNL as our Budget Officer in 2004. Minh has an MBA from Notre Dame du Namur with an emphasis in IT Management and has recently been promoted to a new role as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
