Charles Axthelm holds an M.B.A. (with a concentration in Labor Economics) from UCLA, and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa. He has served in a variety of business and financial management roles at Berkeley Lab since 1993. He is presently the OCFO's Manager of Business Systems Analysis. Prior to joining the Lab he held financial and business analysis positions in manufacturing and financial service industries.
