eProcurement Requisition Preparer Training
An on-line course was developed to help Requisition Preparers learn the business and technical aspects of creating new eProcurement requisitions. All current Requisition Preparers have until January 11, 2011 to take the course and pass its test in order to continue to create ePro requisitions. New users who want to create ePro requistions must also take the on-line course and will be given access beginning October 11, 2010.

Technical Representative Training
Procurement & Property Management has created an eLearning course that is designed to give you the tools you need to be an effective technical representative and/or invoice certifier. This course covers:
• Your responsibilities as a representative of the University
• How to avoid unauthorized commitments
• Your role in accepting deliverables
• The need to review and approve documents and invoices
• How to provide technical direction within the scope of the subcontract
Current invoice certifiers and technical representatives on active subcontracts should take this training. To take the course, please click on the link below. This training takes only 20 minutes to complete. At the conclusion of the training, you will receive credit for this course. You may contact your procurement specialist with any questions.

Netship Training
LBNL users can arrange for the shipment of letters and packages from Berkeley Lab to off-site locations using the Netship system. The Lab's Shipping webpage has information about Netship and a link to Netship training on the right-side of the webpage. Trained users will be given access to using Netship.
