ePro FAQ How do I change approvers on a requisition I already submitted?

If you want to change an approver on a requisition after the requisition has already been submitted for approval, merely changing the approver by using the Edit feature will not work. You need to cancel and re-open the requisition first. Here is how to change approvers:

  • Go to the Manage Requisitions page.
  • Click on the Cancel Cancel icon for the requisition and confirm you want to cancel the requisition.
  • After its status changes to Canceled, click on the Re-Open Request Re-Open Request icon and confirm to re-open the requisition.
  • After its status changes to Open, click on the Edit Requisition icon.
  • Inside the requisition, click on the Settings link and change the approver.
  • Click the Submit button on the requisition on the Requisition Summary page.
