There are two ways to get help in using the ePro system:

  1. Contact the Customer Service Help Desk from 7am to 5pm at extension 6400
  2. Send email to ProcurementHelp@lbl.gov.

When asking for assistance, please provide the following information:

  • What were you working on in the system?
  • What is the nature of the problem or the error message?
  • Do you have a screen shot of the error?
  • Can you duplicate the problem?
