There are three ways to get help in using the ePro system:

1. Contact the PRP Help desk from 8am to 5pm at extension 7774 (PRPHelp)
2. Enter your problem at: http://www.lbl.gov/cs/help/helpform.html
   (click the "ISS Applications" button on this page)
3. Send email to PRP@lbl.gov.

When asking for assistance, please provide the following information:

• What were you working on in the system?
• What is the nature of the problem or the error message?
• Do you have a screen shot of the error?
• Can you duplicate the problem?
