PCard Reports
There are several reports you can use to help track your PCard use. Click on each report below to get more information.
PCard Order Report
There are two:
- Run From: FMS
- Who Typically Runs: Cardholder
- About the Data: Screenshot of the order retained as part of the documentation requirements for 6 years.
- Example: Download JPG

- Run From: BRS
- Who Typically Runs: Anyone (Typically an Approver or Resource Analyst)
- About the Data: Used to see orders as they occur.

Transactions Matched to Order Report
- Run From: FMS
- Who Typically Runs: Cardholder
- About the Data: Used to verify that your transaction matching is correct.
- Example: Download PDF
Variance Report
- Run From: FMS
- Who Typically Runs: Cardholder or Approver
- About the Data: Shows all unresolved orders; run as needed to find out why orders are not closing.
- Example: Download PDF
Transaction Summary Posted Report
- Run From: FMS
- Who Typically Runs: Cardholder and Approver
- About the Data: Used to certify transactions on a monthly basis. Will receive an email when report is available to run.
