Become an Approver

The Role of the Approver:

• Reviews and certifies Cardholder transactions monthly
• Ensures purchases meet the business necessity
• Participates in reviews and audits

To Become an Approver:

• Fill out the PCard Cardholder Account Form (Application). This form is at the end of the Cardholder Agreement & Request Form (within the same document).
• This form, along with the Cardholder Application form, should be submitted to:
  Denise Davis, PCard Coordinator
  Mailstop 71R0259
• You will need to have signature authority in Berkeley Lab's Signature Authorization System (SAS).If you don't have signature authority, contact your Division Business Manager.
