Policy Manual

 

The Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory's Sponsored Projects Office Policy Manual outlines the basic policies to conduct sponsored research. At LBNL, sponsored research is conducted consistent with the Work for Others (WFO) and other Technology Transfer orders and policies established by the DOE for national laboratories in conjunction with the Government's Agreement DE-AC02-05CH11231 between the U.S. Department of Energy and the University of California. The University of California's Contracts and Grants Policies have also been incorporated as applicable. These policies are for the use of Sponsored Projects Contracts Officers.
