Kim Williams
Project Director
Role: Responsible for executive oversight of the project, including high-level planning, issue resolution, and decision-making.
Bio: Kim Williams brings over thirty years of financial, business and scientific division operations experience to her F$M Project Leader role. Kim joined the Lab in 2006. Before becoming Chief Financial Officer, Kim served as Deputy Division Director for Operations in the Environmental Energy Technologies Division (EETD), one of the Lab’s largest scientific divisions. Prior to Berkeley Lab, Kim held executive management and Chief Financial Officer positions with financial and academic organizations including the Pacific Stock Exchange. Her experience includes management of human resources, facilities, contracts and grants, regulatory and compliance matters and student services. Kim received her MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Minh Agon-Huebner
Project Manager, Berkeley Lab
Role: Responsible for managing project scope, schedule, and budget, including contract management, risk management, and communications.
Bio: With over twenty years of experience in Federal Budgeting, and Fifteen of those years in DOE National Laboratories, Minh Huebner brings a substantial breadth and depth of knowledge to her role as Project Manager for F$M. Minh began her career as a Budget Analyst with the Department of Energy, and spent six years with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, before joining Berkeley Lab as our Budget Officer in 2004. She is currently Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Minh has an MBA from Notre Dame du Namur with an emphasis in IT Management.
Chris Hetzel
Project Manager, Accenture
Role: Oversees the day-to-day activities and deliverables of the project, managing team coordination, risk, and knowledge transfer.
Bio: Chris is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Systems Integration Oracle/PeopleSoft Practice and has more than 17 years of management and systems integration experience and 12 years of project management experience. His area of expertise is in implementing complex, large-scale PeopleSoft ERP programs and Oracle technology products. Chris holds a BA in Computer Science from DePauw University.
Bridget Haverty
Deputy Project Manager, Berkeley Lab
Role: Partners closely with Minh Huebner on project management activities, and leads communication and change management efforts.
Bio: Most recently the Assistant Field Operations Manager, Bridget has been with Berkeley Lab for twelve years. Starting as an analyst with the Budget Office following completion of the MBA program at San Francisco State University, she moved into Field Operations management where she combined her knowledge of Institutional and Divisional processes to serve as a lead functional participant in multiple OCFO systems projects including FBSs and the Budget and Planning System. Bridget is assigned full time to the F$M Project.
Ray Baez
Deputy Project Manager, Accenture
Role: Works with the project manager on project management activities including project schedule, planning, issue and risk management.
Bio: Ray is a Senior manager in Accenture’s Systems Integration Oracle/PeopleSoft Practice and has more than 15 years of management and systems integration experience and 10 years of project management experience. His area of expertise is in PeopleSoft Financials and reporting.

Dianna Jacobs
Project Controls, Berkeley Lab
Role: Responsible for architecting the F$M project management control system used to develop and integrate F$M project cost and schedule data. Also, working closely with F$M managers, facilitates the development and maintenance of the project performance measurement baseline.
Bio: Dianna has spent the majority of her career in the scientific environment at UC Berkeley and Berkeley Lab, joining the Lab in 2001. She has worked on lab-wide operations projects and numerous scientific projects that include NERSC-6, the Deep Underground Science and Engineering Laboratory (DUSEL), the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF), Large Underground Xenon (LUX) Dark Matter Detector and is currently working on Linac Coherent Light Source (LCLS) II along with F$M. Dianna is a certified Project Management Professional and received her MBA in Finance and Project Management from the University of San Francisco.
Nick Franscioni
Project Controls & Administration, Accenture
Role:
Provides central project support, F$M project logistics/coordination, and SharePoint / F$M stakeholder management.
Bio: Nick is a recent University of Southern California grad with a degree in Computer Science and Business Administration and recently joined Accenture. Nick has 4 years of programming experience as a front-end/back-end developer and performing project management in building a multi-threaded system (Factory Simulation with Robotics). Previously, Nick worked at a major satellite broadcast company with its Solutions Delivery Business Analysis team helping create the framework that fast-tracks offer requests from the Sales & Marketing group.

Kameswara Upadhyayula (U.K.)
Functional & Implementation Lead, Berkeley Lab
Role: Managing, coordinating and directing the Service Area Leads and their teams' work in support of the successful project execution.
Bio: U.K. has over twenty five years experience in project management, ERP systems integration, business systems analysis, finance, accounting, audit and advisory services, in progressively responsible positions. U.K. is a PMP, has a CPA and Masters degree in Commerce from India. U.K. has been with the Lab since 2004.
Remi Brandebourg
Functional & Implementation Lead, Accenture
Role: Managing, coordinating and directing the Service Area Leads and their teams' work in support of the successful project execution
Senior Manager within the Accenture PeopleSoft Consulting practice.
Bio: Remi has more than 10 years of experience planning, managing, and implementing large financial and HR/ payroll projects. He has implemented PeopleSoft at state and local government clients since 2009. Remi lives in Phoenix, AZ.
Harish Mohan
Technical Lead, Berkeley Lab
Role: Collaborates with the Accenture Technical Lead to develop and drive the execution of the technical tasks in the project plan.
Bio: Harish Mohan has more than 15 years of experience with ERP and CRM systems design, development, and management and an emphasis on Finance and Supply Chain areas. Harish joined Berkeley Lab in June 2013. Prior to joining the lab, Harish has worked with reputed High Tech and Healthcare companies in the San Francisco bay area. Harish has experience leading several large scale full cycle PeopleSoft and SAP new systems implementation and upgrade initiatives Harish received Master’s degree in Engineering and Ph.D degree in Physics from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.
Derek Miller
Technical Lead, Accenture
Role: Responsible for the technical architecture and FSM's technical implementation
Bio: Derek has been with Accenture for ten years focusing on the implementation of ERP Systems. He has held a number of lead positions including functional lead, technical lead, development lead, integration lead, and test lead. Derek is part of Accenture's Oracle practice and has been working with PeopleSoft Financials since 2003. He also has project experience with Ariba eProcurement and SAP HR Systems. Originally from Florida, Derek is now based out of Accenture's New York City office.
Anastasia Schiller
Deputy Functional Lead, Berkeley Lab

Role: Supports Kameswara Upadhyayula (U.K.), the Functional & Implementation Lead
Bio: Anastasia has over fourteen years of Financial Management experience in the Public and NonProfit sectors. She began her career as a Financial Analyst for the San Francisco Symphony before joining Berkeley Lab as an Analyst in the Budget Office nine years ago. Anastasia has served as a key functional participant on multiple OCFO systems initiatives and as well as the WFO P2C re-engineering project. Most recently she was the Acting Direct Budget Manager in the Budget Office. Anastasia holds a BS in Business Administration: Finance from San Francisco State University.

Anna Losev
Reporting Lead, Berkeley Lab
Role: Provides team leadership to one F$M Service Area team responsible for developing and implementing an information dissemination strategy for the F$M project to meet assigned objectives for delivering high quality and accessible data and effective use of technology.
Bio: With more than twenty years of experience in financial management, business administration, systems implementation and project management, fifteen of those years in PS Implementation and Support, and Business Intelligence, Anna Losev brings a depth of knowledge to her role as Reporting Lead for F$M. Anna began her career as a Cost Accounting Manager with the Manufacturing Company in Ukraine, spent more than 10 years as PS Implementation Lead and Business Intelligence Manager with Westaff Inc. before joining Berkeley Lab as Principal Business Analyst to improve the Laboratory’s Decision Support environment in 2009. Anna has an MBA from Kiev State University, Ukraine with an emphasis in Business Management.
Talia La Rosa
Reporting Lead, Accenture
Role: Collaborates with Anna Losev on the delivery of
the reporting Workstream. Activities include project planning, estimating, resource management and providing reporting SME input.
Bio: Talia is a PMP certified Information Management specialist, with over seven years of experience working on reporting, data warehousing and BI Strategy projects in various industries, including government, retail and pharmaceuticals. She has experience in managing both the business and technical aspects of the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment. Talia holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Business Management from Loughborough University, UK. Formerly from London, Talia moved to the USA in 2008 and now lives in the Tampa Bay Area.
Change Enablement
Karen Salvini
Change Enablement Principal, Berkeley Lab
Role: Works with the Change Enablement Lead to develop the F$M communication strategy, and develop and manage communications and stakeholder engagement. Works with the Training Lead to develop and manage training.
Bio: Karen brings a diverse background in science, communications, government, and information technology. Before Berkeley Lab, she worked for thirteen years at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), where she modernized the information infrastructure for marine research and policy programs. Prior to joining the F$M Team, Karen worked for two years as a program manager in the Environmental Energy Technologies Division. Karen received her MBA at UC Berkeley.
Ana Luisa Aldana
Change Enablement Lead, Accenture
Role: Holds joint accountability for overall success of F$M program Change Enablement Activities, including Stakeholder Management, Communications, Training, Business Readiness, and Change Measurement.
Bio: Ana Luisa is an experienced, dynamic, and versatile Change Management practitioner with over 18 years of client service at PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting and IBM Business Consulting Services. As an executive in Accenture's Talent & Organization practice, Ana Luisa is responsible for understanding her client's organization and change management issues, and shaping the organizational and change management solutions that will deliver value. Ana Luisa holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Phil Weiss
Training, Berkeley Lab
Role: Responsible for all aspects of training development and delivery.
Bio: Phil has over 25 years of experience in employee development in a wide variety of industries including non-profits, consulting, high-tech startups, and government. Previous to joining the Berkeley Lab in 2008, Phil was the Director of Learning for Verint Systems where he was responsible for managing a P&L training organization with learning sites located throughout the US, Europe, and Asia. Phil is currently the Lead Training and Development Specialist for the OCFO. Phil holds an MBA from the Univerisity of Maryland and is only a dissertation away from completing a Doctorate of Business Administration and Leadership from Walden University.
Freddie Diaz
Change Enablement Specialist, Accenture
Role: Works with F$M Change Enablement team to drive F$M Change Enablement activities, including Training, Communications, Change Measurement, Business Readiness and Stakeholder Management.
Bio: As part of Accenture’s Talent & Organization, Freddie brings a diverse background in change management, training, communications, project management, and operations. Prior to joining Accenture, Freddie was associate consultant at Buck Consultants in its Talent & HR Solutions practice. Formerly, Freddie was project coordinator at the University of California, Irvine Chancellor’s Office in a National Science Foundation funded initiative. Freddie has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from the University of California, Irvine.
