Welcome to Business Systems Analysis

 

The Business Systems Analysis Group provides the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and the Information Systems and Services Department with customer-oriented systems analysis. Their principal role is to ensure that the financial systems are responsive to the business and reporting needs of the Laboratory.

 

Range of Resonsibilities:

 

  • Business Process Engineering and Automation
  • Central point of contact for financial chart field changes
  • End user systems support
  • Testing of new systems functionalities
  • Research and analyze origins of system issues
  • Coordinate with ISS on system changes and enhancements
  • Assist end users by developing reports and queries
