Budget and Planning System

 

  • Funding Module
    Funding System was developed in-house, using PeopleSoft tools, as a centrally controlled system for entering, allocating, tracking and controlling DOE funding. It allows to manage funding data, eliminate redundant Divisional and Budget Office funds tracking systems, integrate with other LBNL PeopleSoft Financial Systems and provide a reporting function to monitor fund balances.

  • FBSS-Sign On
    Field Budget Submission System (FBSS) was developed in-house, using PeopleSoft tools, as a front end system to load LBNL's proposal information to DOE mandated Electronic Proposal Management Application (ePMA). FBSS allows us to manage our own data security, customize our reporting, integrate with other LBNL PeopleSoft Financial Systems and meet with DOE proposal submission requirements.
