Delta Requires 45-Minute Domestic Check-in at JFK

 

Delta Air Lines has increased the minimum check-in time at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport for domestic travelers who are checking their bags: previously 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure was required; now a minimum of 45 minutes is required. Delta currently has the 45-minute policy in place at Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, and Orlando.
The baggage check-in requirement for international travel on Delta remains unchanged: 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
