Continental Online Check-in
In CWT’s continuing effort to provide clients with enhanced traveler services and functionality, CWT is pleased to offer through its partnership with Continental Airlines’, 24-hour advance check-in service to all eligible CWT-ticketed reservations with the carrier.
A CWT-generated email will be sent to travelers 24 hours in advance, detailing how to access Continental’s online system through a direct link to the carrier’s Web site. Travelers using this service can bypass the Continental airport ticket counter, proceed through security and go directly to the designated gate. Baggage needing to be checked can be done at an airport kiosk or with a Continental ticket counter representative at least 30-45 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes prior to departure for international flights.
Significant effort has been taken to ensure travelers do not receive duplicate check-in emails; if travelers already receive this service directly through Continental, they will not receive a notification email from CWT.
While this service is available for most travel reservations, there are some reservations where online check-in is not available.
