The following prices are for CIBT's professional services only for each visa or passport request and do not include any fees charged by any government body. 

Visas, Non-U.S. Passports and Document Processing:

Business, Tourist, Transit, and Short-Term Work Visas	$54
State Department Authentications	$62
Consular Legalizations	$62
Rush Surcharge (4 to 7 days processing)*	$44
Emergency Surcharge (3 days or less processing)*	$85
Foreign National processing Surcharge	$15

U.S. Passport Processing: 

U.S. Passports, Pages, Renewals, Name Changes, and First-Times	$74
Second Unrestricted U.S. Passports	$124
Rush Surcharge (U.S.Passport Agency charges expedited fee)**	$44
Emergency Surcharge (2 days or less processing)**	$85

Other Miscellaneous Fees:

Cancellation Fee	$25
Fee for Photocopying Documents	$3
Fee for Obtaining Money Order when Necessary	$5
Reproduction of Photographs	$8
Submission of Additional Materials for First-Time US Passports (If caused by applicant error)	$26
Check Writing Fee at US Passport Agency (When applicant fails to provide proper check)	$5
Photocopy Fee (when applicant does not provide required photocopies)	$3

 

*The “Rush Surcharge” for Visa and Non-U.S. Passport processing, applies when CIBT is given 4 to 7 business days for processing after our receipt of COMPLETE application materials.  The “Emergency Surcharge” applies when CIBT is allowed 3 business days or less for processing after our receipt of COMPLETE application materials.

**The “Rush Processing” for U.S. Passport processing applies when the U.S. government (Passport Agency) charges its expediting fee.  “Emergency Processing” for U.S. Passport processing applies when CIBT must process the document on either a same-day or overnight basis. 

All visa requests processed through CIBT's Miami office will automatically receive rush processing service and will be charged a “Rush Surcharge” regardless of departure.
