• Please email nonconfidential questions about the technology to ttd@lbl.gov. Tech Transfer staff will direct questions to a researcher for input as needed. A list of questions we receive and the answers to them will be posted on our SBIR TTO Q&As page.
• If you wish to discuss technical details of your proposal with a researcher, and you believe elements of this discussion will be confidential, you must enter into a Nondisclosure Agreement with Berkeley Lab before speaking confidentially with a researcher. Please direct requests for confidential discussions to ttd@lbl.gov.
• We will update this page with a template Option Agreement if your proposal is awarded.
