| Go to a pharmacy or health store and look at the labels on some bottles of vitamins. How much Se is in each tablet? Add to this the probable dosage of Se from other sources. Does the total exceed 200 micrograms? People sometimes take two or more vitamin pills per day. Is this too much? What about other micronutrients? How much of those do we need? | |
