1. Accidents - Three since August
A. S. Dardin - Lifting plywood without assistance
B. R. Whitharm - Hoist accident (see September 2001
minutes)
C. D. Groom - Tripped while running for bus
· Employees must
use caution; surfaces are very slippery, especially in Winter
· Leaves and debris
near bus area will be cleared out daily
· Suggestion - 'Pedestrian'
sign posted at/around curve near bus area
D. Other: F. Goozen's area - Eye wash/shower
defective and overflowed
· Suggested faulty
installation
· Floor buckled;

2. Plasma chamber for Atlas clean room - Maurice (handout)
A. Requires gases (oxygen)

bottle to clean room rack
· Flow rate is 300cc/minute

3. Satellite Accumulation Areas
A. Make sure all chemicals are bar-coded/labeled
B. EPA to do inspection in December
C. Chemicals not being used can be stored by EH&S
for future use
