Make appointment with interviewee; don't just drop

Be sure to explain what interviews are for

Try to do paperwork and fill in answers immediately
following interview while thoughts and responses are still fresh in your mind

Try to have all interviews completed within next
couple of weeks; K. Hardy & C. Thompson gone for 3 weeks after May 20.
