- Located in EG area (Bldg 77)
- L. Greiner to be main POC
- AHD will transfer from EG to PH/NS
- Laser belongs to EG Division
MOU with Engineering –
- K. Hardy and W. Wong are working together on this
- Umbrella agreement vs. Division specific
- Hope to be completed by end of assessment year (June ’05)
- Who’s responsible? Ergonomics, etc.
- Designed to make sure all bases have been covered, and that nothing has fallen through the cracks

Electrical Issues –
- T. Caronna to look at ALL projects to see electrical hazards, etc.

- AHDs and other similar forms will soon be web-based
- Laser Safety Officer will review AHDs upon revision
- AHDs should be renewed when equipment is added/removed/changed
