Accidents
- Lab Employee slipped on grating and hurt (broken hip), near Bart Station
- Lots of slips and falls here also (Pine needles, lines and crosswalk areas, etc.)
Ergo
- Still a concern
- Follow-ups to be done
- Encourage the use of Ergo Lab at Health Services
- Reminder: Anytime someone moves, they should request an evaluation
Miscellaneous
· Important to be sure we are on track for ergo and training
· Any ideas /suggestions for hazard communication or accident prevention is encouraged
· Handout - Inspection results/violations; Corrective actions to be addressed.
