The IT Division has completed the Labwide migration of managed computer and user accounts from the outdated NT4 domain to the new Active Directory environment. The NT4 domain ended quietly at 10 a.m. on Tues., August 23, with no reported problems. As a result of this effort, IT now has over 2,000 computers in Active Directory, providing IT with a mechanism to make desktop security and support more efficient.
