Spybot Sniffs Out Unauthorized Spyware

The problem of spyware — hidden software that gathers and sends information about you and your system without your authorization — is getting out of control. Not only does spyware spy on you, but your system can become so full of spyware that it can slow to a crawl. The problem is worse in Windows systems. Windows users, download a copy of Spybot, an effective free anti-spyware program. Once the program is installed, start it and click on "Update," which appears at the left side, then on "Search for Updates." Click on all the update boxes that will appear, and then finally on "Download Updates." Be sure to run it every day.
