Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is hosting SANS Security Essentials, Track 1, sponsored by the DOE Cyber Security Office. This course is scheduled for six days: Monday, August 2 through Saturday, August 7, 2004. The course covers the most important topics and skills in information security as well as the language, underlying theory and models of computer security. The cost for this training will be paid by the Cyber Security Office. Enrollment is open to Lab employees and contractors. Read more about registration.
