*Expedited Requests (less than 5 business days for moves, installs or changes, and less than 6 business days for cable pulls) incur a 50% premium charge.
**Includes cost for installing, changing, or moving telephone equipment if completed at time of cable pull. Some cable pulls may require additional charges for labor or materials (i.e. conduit required).
All work, except disconnects, have associated charges. Managers responsible for planning new facilities or major modifications, should contact the Telephone Service Center at extension 7997, to obtain budgetary estimates for all types of communications facilities (including underground facilities and distribution closets) that may be required.
Note: Technician travel time charges will be added to service order requests in buildings 943 (OSF), 977 (Potter Street), and 100/400 (JGI).
