- October 1, 2006: The Lab Directorate has now been added to the WSC program in addition to Lab Support organizations.
- June 26, 2006: Inventory tool documentation added to the Projects tab.
- May 1, 2006: A list of upcoming WSC projects has been added to the Projects tab.
- April 28, 2006: Changes have been made to the support staff in Zone 3.
- April 6, 2006: Results of the user survey posted here.

- March 23, 2006: The Workstation team invites you to attend a WSC Town Hall meeting in Perseverance Hall on Wednesday, March 29 at 1:30 p.m. Come and get the answers to questions you have about the program and give us your feedback on your experiences or concerns.
- March 22, 2006: The current FY06 Workstation Replacement Schedule, which lists each employee and the date they are scheduled to get a new computer, was added to References.
- March 20, 2006: The WSC brochure was added to the References section. The two-color brochure is a downloadable and printable .pdf file.
- March 17, 2006: Incident response times and goals were added to the Support page.
- March 3, 2006: Information on how to get a loaner laptop was added to the Procedures tab.
- February 3, 2006: The Workstation team invites you to attend
WSC Town Hall meetings in the 3rd floor conference room in
building 937 on Thursday, February 9 at 2:30 p.m. and
Friday, February 17 at 10:00 a.m. Come and get the answers
to questions you have about the program. Town Hall meetings
on the hill will be scheduled shortly.
- February 2, 2006: New page added to WSC web site with general information about
workstations.
- January 17, 2006: Workstation Support is being reorganized to allocate support engineers by where you are instead of by organization you belong to. The goal is to provide more cost effective support by reducing travel time between calls.
- January 13, 2006: Starting next week the Help Desk will provide support on a best efforts basis starting at 7:00 a.m. (Full Help desk support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
