JANUS

Description:
Janus is a tool for the formulation and execution of project and proposal budgets. With a spreadsheet-like user interface, a project manager can create detailed, time-phased budgets. Automated tools facilitate the incorporation of labor rates and the rapid calculation of the applicable indirect rates. Budget, actual cost, and forecast data are merged together through a series of reports available in IRIS to facilitate project budget tracking and execution.
