On-Request Database-Related Assistance

• ISS will provide, as time allows and within its own priorities, consultation and/or specific on-request database-related work in the customer’s own Unix/Oracle environment.
• ISS will assist in moving application data from the customer’s Oracle database to ISS’ Oracle database (to initiate the rent-a-database service). If the application data is in a customer's non-Oracle database, ISS will consult, as necessary, but the customer is responsible for creating the Oracle database structures and moving the data to the ISS database.

The charge for this type of work is $100/hour.
