Removing jobs from Solaris systems running lp (such as ISS)

This method lets you delete your OWN Focus print jobs!
  1. Connect to issserv4 (for example)
  2. do the command
    lpstat -d printer_name
    [which shows, for example] system default destination: hp289
    at104-227 issserv4.lbl.gov!username 239420 Jun 09 10:30 on
  3. cancel at104-227
    which should cancel that print job.
