Support Help Desk to Host Open House in New Location
The Lab's Computer Support Help Desk, while still just a phone call away,
has moved off site to downtown Berkeley. To celebrate the move, the Help
Desk staff will be holding an Open House from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on
Thursday, Oct. 24. Light refreshments will be served with the staff celebrating
in the spirit of Halloween.
The Help Desk is at 2000 Center Street, in Suite 120. The office is served
by the Lab Shuttle Bus service, which stops at Center and Milvia streets
- one stop past the Berkeley BART Station stop. The Help Desk is across
the street from the bus stop, next door to the City of Berkeley offices.
