Policies/Guidelines/Terms of Service
eRoom SLA:
eRoom will be 99.8% available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. It will be unavailable during the weekly maintenance window on Sundays from 8am to noon.
New eRoom quests for existing customers, who have been trained, will e processed within 24 hours. New eRoom requests for new users will be processed during the consulting/training sessions.
New account requests for collaborators outside LNBL will be processed within 48 hours. The requester is expected to send user name and password information, as well as train the outside collaborator.
