This Month's Common Problem — and Solution Beginning with this issue, Computing News will present a question frequently asked of the Help Desk, along with the most likely solution. This month's question addresses accessing reporting services provided by the Information Systems and Services Department, such as IRIS report subscriptions. Employees who are having trouble entering these sites should first check an easy solution — making sure that "cookies" are enabled on their web browser. To do this with Netscape Navigator, follow the path to Edit to Preferences to Advanced and click on the button to "Accept All Cookies." This should clear up the problem of not being able to log into ISS report subscriptions. |
