For additional information on the above: Site License Coordinator

If you have a question about the existence of a site license for a particular software application not shown here, or wish to suggest an application for consideration, please forward your request to the Help Desk , or contact Licenses@lbl.gov, site license coordinator.

Most applications are available either directly from the vendors, or from an authorized third party vendor at GSA pricing. Your field buyer will generally know where to call to place the order, but if you have a price quote, please include it in your purchase order request.

When requesting a purchase quote from a vendor, be sure to ask about discount possibilities as the Lab is eligible for both GSA discounts and the deeper educational discounts, depending upon the vendor.  The vendor's rep usually knows how their company will view us.  There may also be separately negotiated discounts. Always ask.
