Undergraduate Research Opportunities

We have listed here some of the opportunities from Berkeley Lab staff scientists who have indicated a specific interest in working with a student intern in the upcoming semesters and summers. Opportunities for undergraduate research are not limited to those listed below.
If you are interested in one of these undergraduate internships, you may contact the mentor by the method(s) indicated. However, application to the programs MUST be made through the application process. (This is NOT a listing of LBNL employment opportunities)

You should definitely "browse around" the Laboratory's main web site, and check out what research is being conducted in the Divisions (or go directly to the "Scientific Programs page". Very often there are opportunities for undergraduate research that may not be listed here.
