How to select CCI, SULI & VFP interns
Project Description, Intern Selection & Offer Request Form Review CCI, SULI & VFP Summer 2013 Applicants FAQs Preparing for Your Intern

LBNL's Center for Science & Engineering Education (CSEE) seeks mentors in scientific, engineering, & technical fields to work with undergraduates, high school students, and teachers.

Requesting an Intern

Engineering, Scientific and Technical staff who wish to mentor a student should email a contact Colette Flood for questions about internships, mentoring, placements, etc.

Intern Selection Deadlines

Only labs selected as first choice by applicant can make offers the first 20 days (approx.) after applications open for mentor review/offers for SULI, CCI and VFP programs. After which, second choice labs can make offers to applicants. Consequently, we recommend mentors submit offer requests prior to date when second choice labs can make offers, to ensure you don't lose the opportunity to mentor a student to another lab.

Only one offer can be extended to an applicant, once an offer is made to an applicant, no other offers can be made.
