All interns must complete the following program deliverables in order to checkout:
Written Deliverables
Submitted to Master Teacher via email and according to posted schedule.
- Research Proposal saved as: Research Proposal - Last Name, First Name, Program Name Year.doc (Word format)
- Weekly Journal Reflections saved as: Reflection - Last Name, First Name, Program Name, Date.doc (Word format)
- Curriculum Topic Study - Topic Selection Form and Sections I-VI saved as: CTS Section # - Last Name, First Name, Program Name Year.doc (Word format)
- Abstract saved as: Abstract - Last Name, First Name, Program Name Year.doc (Word format)
- Poster saved as: Poster - Last Name, First Name, Program Name Year.doc (Powerpoint format)
NOTE: For checkout, you will need to bring all your deliverables on a flash drive in PDF format.
Online Surveys
All surveys must be completed online prior to checkout and are administered via www.surveymonkey.com
- CSEE Program Evaluation Survey: You will receive an email invitation to your LBL address on the day of the poster session.
- CSEE Mentor Evaluation Survey: You will receive an email invitation to your LBL address during the last week of the internship.
- TLC Survey B: You will receive an email invitation to your LBL address after the last TLC.
LBNL Deliverables
- JHA and Training Profiles: Missing online courses must be completed before checkout.

- Flash drive with FINAL versions of the following deliverables, properly named, and in PDF format:
