DSTW (Daughters and Sons to Work Day)
Program Description
Berkeley Lab hosts children of employees for a day of science and fun. The program includes:
- hands-on activities
- workshops
- a career fair
- lunch
- an ice cream social
- an introductory assembly
- interaction with a scientist
Audience/Eligibility
Girls and boys ages 9 to 16 who are guests of Berkeley Lab employees.
- Space is limited to 120 children
- Limit of 3 children per Lab employee

How to Register
- Be sure to review information with your guest, especially workshop choices
- Fill out registration form (available 6 Apr)
- Complete Berkeley Lab employee/parent consent form (available 6 Apr)
- Send in the registration form with a check for $25 per child payable to UC Regents to DSTW, MS7-222
Chaperones
Chaperones are needed for the event to guide students to all parts of the day's program. See the Chaperone Registration Form (available 6 Apr) for a list of tasks. All volunteers will recieve a T-shirt and lunch.
